Richard Horne

Richard has been a resident of Airdrie since1998. Richard graduated from the University of Alberta Law School in 1992 and began practicing law in Edmonton for a mid sized firm concentrating on corporate commercial transactions and commercial litigation. In 1996, he joined a Calgary based firm in which he concentrated on personal injury litigation and then moved on to practice in the corporate securities division. In 1999, Richard formed the firm Sinclair Horne & Hart. At Sinclair Horne & Hart, he concentrated his practice in three areas: Real Estate, Corporate/Commercial Transactions as well as Wills and Estates. In February 2002, Richard moved his practice to Airdrie with Todd Wytrychowski and started the firm Horne Wytrychowski. Richard continues to concentrate on Real Estate transactions, Corporate/Commercial matters and Wills and Estates.

Richard was born in Vancouver, BC, but lived in Creston, BC for most of his childhood. After finishing high school in Creston, Richard moved to Calgary, AB, and began working with the federal government adjudicating Unemployment Insurance claims. He began university at the University of Calgary and transferred to the University of Victoria where he majored in Classics. Richard then graduated from law school at the University of Alberta.

Richard is married and has four children. He enjoys skiing, basketball, scuba diving, water sports and travel. Richard has been active in a number of volunteer organizations within the community.

Todd Wytrychowski

Todd graduated from the University of Calgary in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) majoring in Law and Society with a minor in Legal history. Todd subsequently attended law school at the University of Alberta and received his law degree (LLB) in 2000. Todd articled at the Calgary, AB, law firm of Sinclair Horne & Hart, and entered the Alberta Bar in 2001. In February 2002, he moved his practice to Airdrie, AB, and along with Richard Horne, started the firm Horne Wytrychowski. Todd's areas of practice include Family Law, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate Transactions.

In 2002, Todd was elected to the Board of Directors for the Calgary Foothills Provincial Progressive Conservative Party. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, Canadian Bar Association, Calgary Bar Association and has also been active in a number of volunteer organizations.

Todd was born in Calgary, AB. He moved to Jakarta, Indonesia as a child and subsequently returned to Calgary to complete his secondary and post-secondary schooling. Todd is married and has three children. He enjoys golf, skiing, football and lacrosse.
